Hatley Holistic Therapies
Any form of therapeutic work relies on commitment from the client in order to achieve the best outcome; therefore it is important that clients show commitment to the sessions.
Appointments – including late arrivals
It is important that you attend the appointments that have been made and that you are on time. I appreciate that delays can sometimes occur especially with regard to travel, therefore if you are running late, it’s important to contact me urgently to let me know, I will always be as flexible as I can where possible. However, late arrival may mean that the full session cannot take place if it encroaches on my next client’s pre-booked appointment but I will do my best to find a solution if possible.
If you do wish to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, our policy is that a minimum period of 24 hours’ notice is appreciated, this can be given via text, email or phone.
Naturally I treat all clients with the utmost respect and politeness and would never abuse your trust. In return, I must reasonably expect that same respect will be mutual and that you will not undermine or abuse the therapist or property in any way.
You must not arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, (other than prescribed medications). Similarly, if there is any violent or abusive behaviour shown, the session will be ended immediately with no refund payable and I will reserve the right to also withdraw from any further sessions.
If I have to cancel your Session
In the unlikely event that I do have to cancel your appointment due to reasons beyond my control, I will arrange to re-schedule or if you prefer, receive a full refund if you have already paid for that session. If you have pre-paid for future sessions and wish at the same time, to withdraw from them also, again a full refund will be given.
